Whether you’d like to help in the classroom, support school events, assist with fundraising efforts, or work behind the scenes on special projects, there’s a place for you here. Every hour you give - big or small - helps strengthen our school community and enrich the experience for all students.

*Please Note. In order to volunteer with the Dundee Parent Group and at Dundee Elementary, you must have a valid Newberg-Dundee School District Volunteer Badge. In order to obtain a badge, you must do the following:

Complete a volunteer screening process which includes a criminal history background check, ID verification, and a photo. All background checks must be renewed every four years.

Complete the confidential criminal history application. Along with the criminal background application, a signed Statement of Volunteer Confidentiality and Child Abuse Reporting form, and a signed Field Trip Chaperone Agreement form to the school district office at 714 E. Sixth in Newberg. Your photo will be taken for an identification badge, you will also need to show a valid photo ID. Your Volunteer badge will be sent to the school after the background check has been processed and the badge is made. The process may take up to two weeks, check in with the school to see if your badge is finished.
